No Refund Policy

Due to the labor-intensive nature of our work and the immediate costs associated with staffing, transportation, and equipment usage, all sales are final. Once a service is completed, no refunds or partial reimbursements will be issued, regardless of client opinion or satisfaction.

We encourage all customers to review the scope of work and communicate any expectations in advance. We also recommend that a client or representative be present at the time of service, when possible.

Payment Requirement

Payment is due in full immediately upon completion of the agreed-upon service. If payment is not made on the day of service, Peach State Property Pros reserves the right to initiate formal collections procedures, which may include:

  • Additional late fees or administrative charges

  • Suspension of future services

  • Legal action to recover unpaid balances
